Can I amend/cancel my order?

We understand sometimes you're so excited to purchase something that you end up making a typo here and there. So we'll help you amend the delivery address on your order as long as it has not been shipped. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we are unable to change the address or delivery destination and unable to refund the order due to this error. 

As for amends to cart/order, we cannot guarantee all requests can be made but if you have any issues, do email us at itsbaere@gmail.com and we'll help as much as we can. 

As for cancellations, unfortunately once payment has been made, we can't cancel your order. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments via major card types like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Additionally, you can also make payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. 

If you are intending today via PayNow, do use the Money Orderoption and it will guide you with the steps needed to make payment. Don’t hesitate to DM us at our Instagram @itsbaere to clarify. 
We’re definitely planning on expanding our payment methods to DBS Paylah! And OCBC PayNow so do keep an eye out for those options in the future!

How long will my order take to process?

All orders will take 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping. Our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

My order or item received is incorrect or faulty.

If you’re not happy with anything about your order with us, do drop us an email at itsbaere@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order and we’ll try our best to help with providing an exchange, as long as the item has been unused. 

In your email, please include the following information so we can process your issue quickly:

  • The order number
  • The incorrect or faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the damages/issues
  • Any supporting images/screenshots/documents 
  • If you would like another item if your incorrect or faulty item is out of stock or a refund

A valid proof of purchase must be present within 14 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot repair damage to any items that exceed 6 months from purchase. Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

Do note that since our jewelry is made of soft metal like gold and/or Sterling Silver, they can bend easily. It doesn’t mean they are defective, it’s simply a characteristic of the material. Just carefully bend them back to place and treat them with care like you would with your fine jewelry. Find more information on care instructions on the card provided with your item or here.

Do you ship to [insert your country]?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore but we’re looking into expanding to other countries as soon as we can. Do let us know by dropping us a DM on our Instagram @itsbaere or email to itsbaere@gmail.com to let us know if you would like us to ship to your country.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $3.50 for all orders below $90 and free for all orders $90 and above!

How long does shipping take?

We use Ninja Packs for all our orders so delivery will take 1 to 3 days and they’ll be delivered right to your doorstep. 

But do note that due to the ongoing Circuit Breaker measures, all deliveries via Ninjavan may take an additional 1-3 days and contactless delivery will be practiced. 

Can I track my order?

All packages can be tracked in real-time via Ninja Van’s proprietary real-time tracking technology but you can also contact us at itsbaere@gmail.com if you have any queries on your order/package.

Care Instructions

In your package with the earrings, you’ll be receiving a polishing cloth from (brand), made specifically for polishing jewelry. Additionally, there’ll be a care instructions card for you to refer to and a thank you card (with a special promo code just for you!) to show how much we appreciate you. 

Clean occasionally with the polishing cloth provided

The jewelry polishing cloth provided effectively polishes gold, silver and platinum jewelry. They’re different from a microfibre cloth as they are treated with chemicals to specially clean and polish your jewelry while also applying a tarnish-preventing barrier on your jewelry. 

The earrings are low-maintenance and you only need to polish it a couple times a year but if you wear them everyday, you can polish them a little more frequently.

Remove before bed or when doing household chores

Since our earrings are only gold plated, they are typically more durable than fine jewelry but still, we recommend being careful not to knock them against hard surfaces or inflict too much pressure on them as that can bend the metal. 

Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes or other chemicals 

Constant exposure to alcohol and other chemicals on a regular basis can cause the gold and sterling silver to tarnish much quicker so we recommend you make a habit of removing your jewelry before using such products. 

Remove before you shower or exercise

While it is okay to expose your jewelry to water, we recommend not making a habit of exposing them to water or sweat on a regular basis to prevent tarnish and ensure lasting shine of the metals.

Keep away from extreme temperatures

Typically you won’t need to worry about this but we suggest not to wear the jewelry to a sauna or near heat. 

Store jewelry in the packaging provided

We recommend storing your jewelry in the packaging provided or in a zip lock bag separately from other fashion jewelry pieces.
